Total estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, including processing and shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that weekends, holidays, weather conditions, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging our preserved roses. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
